Perfumer Found ‘Not Guilty’ Of Stealing Trade Secrets

A federal court in Trenton ruled that a former Givaudan employee is not guilty of stealing trade secrets from the flavors and fragrance supplier, according to reports. The case was filed in 2008 by Givaudan when perfumer James Krivda left the company to work for Mane USA, a competitor. The case is Givaudan Fragrances Corp. v.
